Katie Hong

(she/her)

When you meet Katie, you feel instantly seen. An Enneagram 2 whose superpower is genuine care, she leads with heart, intuition, and fierce belief in our shared humanity. For more than three decades, she’s poured her energy into supporting social change leaders across government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit world. Whether coaching leaders guiding complex systems change, or building coalitions rooted in equity and justice, Katie’s work is fueled by love for people and belief in what’s possible when we lead from our shared humanity.

As Principal of KH Consulting, Katie partners with leaders, organizations, and collaboratives to align intention with action and cultivate cultures of belonging and purpose. She is known for her deep listening, strategic clarity, and ability to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to dream together. Her clients have included the Hewlett Foundation, Raikes Foundation, The California Endowment, Gates Foundation, George Gund Foundation — as well as philanthropic networks like the Washington State Education Funders Table.
Before launching her consulting practice, Katie served in leadership roles at the Raikes and Gates Foundations, and earlier in her career, directed Seattle’s Office of Housing and advised Washington Governor Gary Locke and Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels.
Katie is a certified coach, Leadership Circle Profile practitioner, and Enneagram (Integrative 9) practitioner. Based in Seattle, Katie brings joy, candor, and wisdom to every room she enters. Outside of work, you’ll find her walking, hiking, sharing delicious food, or laughing with her partner of 35 years and their teenage twins. She believes that lasting transformation—whether personal or systemic—begins with care, courage, and connection.

Danielle Lovell Jones

When you meet Danielle, you feel her warmth, insight, and steady belief that people can change the systems they’re part of. A human, partner, parent, sister, auntie, and friend, Danielle is also a relationship-driven visionary who has spent her career guiding organizations toward more inclusive, equitable, and human ways of working.

As Founder and Principal of Lovell Strategies, she partners with leaders, teams, and funders to move from tension to trust and from overwhelm to clarity. Her work has helped organizations shift culture, design strategies rooted in equity, and move hundreds of millions toward a more just and thriving future. Known for her enthusiastic yet grounded presence, Danielle brings equal parts strategy, creativity, and compassion to every space she enters.

Drawing inspiration from her maternal family’s immigrant journey from Trinidad and Panama, Danielle has built participatory models of leadership and community engagement that reflect her belief in the power of investing in people and saying the necessary things that move conversations forward.

A proud Miami native with Trinidadian and Panamanian roots, Danielle holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University. She is also an Enneagram Certified Practitioner and DISC Certified Coach, helping leaders and teams deepen self-awareness and communicate with clarity and empathy. An Enneagram Four at heart, she’s committed to helping people rediscover the beauty and bravery in their own stories.

When she’s not facilitating meaningful conversations or coaching courageous leaders, you can find her laughing with her husband, watching 90s sitcoms with her kids, salsa dancing with friends (far less often than she’d like), or listening to Soca music that reminds her of home.
